What is your minimum service charge?
We have a $150 trip minimum. We do not charge less than this amount, regardless of project size.
How do you price your work?
We price by the job, not by the hour. For punch list or multiple small-item projects, we offer:
-
$600 Half-Day Rate
-
$800 Full-Day Rate
Punch lists are ideal for a laundry list of smaller repairs or upgrades completed in one visit.
Do you provide free estimates?
We aim to provide free remote estimates using photos and a detailed description of the work.
If we cannot accurately determine the full scope remotely, we may offer an in-person estimate on a case-by-case basis.
Alternatively, many customers book a smaller project first, which allows us to assess additional work onsite and provide an accurate estimate then.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes. We always provide written quotes and will never begin work without a written and approved estimate, typically sent via email or phone.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Once we agree on a price for a defined scope of work, there are no hidden or surprise fees.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for small remodels and renovation projects under $5,000.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes. We offer emergency services for:
-
Drain clearing
-
Smoke detector replacement
-
Other urgent repair needs
Weekend or emergency service includes an additional $150 weekend fee.
What types of projects do you handle?
We primarily handle medium-sized projects or grouped smaller tasks. Services include:
-
Bathroom and kitchen renovations
-
Cabinet installation
-
Drywall repair, texture & paint
-
Furniture assembly
-
Plumbing fixture installation
-
Electrical fixture replacement
-
Fascia and siding repair
-
Caulking and shower sealing
-
General repairs and improvements
And much more — feel free to ask about your specific project.
Do you provide materials?
We supply materials for most projects. We are also happy to use customer-supplied materials; however, we do not provide warranties on materials purchased by the customer.
How do you handle scheduling and timelines?
Once a project begins, it is our priority to stay on task until the job is completed.
For contract-level work, we provide a written contract with clear finish dates. Even on smaller projects, we maintain clear communication and aim to complete work efficiently — we do not believe in dragging projects out.
Do you prefer multiple projects in one visit?
Yes. We prefer completing multiple tasks in one visit whenever possible — it saves you time and maximizes value
